After your order is dispatched, within 7-10 days we will send you your tracking number or E-Packet number. These are the two mailing methods we use for mailing out. We send out orders tailored and strictly to individual countries. When your package arrive to your home land destation, you may use your local carrier to track your order.
Note: (If you can't check it immediately with the tracking number. Please wait a few days for your tracking number to register in the mail carrier system.

For those customers who do not receive your parcel within 12 working days, please contact with Local Post Office A.S.A.P. You can check with your local post office directly with your ID card or other valid certificate and the order information copy that you can print out and take with you to your local post office to pick up your order if the carrier comes to your address and your not home.
